Dr. John Edward
Anderson is board certified by the American Board of Surgery and the American
Board of Thoracic Surgery. Dr. Anderson received both his B.S.
in Human Biology and his M.D. from Loma Linda University.
Dr. Anderson continued his post-graduate
studies in Molecular Biology. He completed his residencies in General Surgery
and Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery at the Universities of Alabama,
Iowa and Virginia. He was a fellow in Pediatric Cardiovascular
Surgery at the Hospital for Sick Children and a fellow in Pediatric Cardiothoracic
Surgery at Emory Clinic Children's Hospital in 1985.
Dr. Anderson has had several abstracts
accepted and has also published
articles in the field of Cardiology. He has also lectured extensively both
nationally and internationally.
